Dan is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate and has worked with clients from first time buyers to investors.  Dan has owned and operated a discount or ”fee for service” real estate franchise as well as working as a sales agent.  Prior to his real estate career, Dan has worked for several fortune 50 companies in the strategic planning, auditing, financial planning, operations and accounting areas and worked as a consultant.  He has also owned and operated multiple service businesses over the past 15 years and negotiated commercial leases for a national franchise company.  Dan’s education and experience include a strong financial, investment and business background, CPA, CDPE and Realtor certifications. He brings strong negotiating skills to his transactions which provides benefits to clients along with a strong work ethic which translate into successful transactions and satisfied clients.
